Cameron Stevens enters his first season as the volunteer assistant coach with UCF, after he was hired in February of 2019.

Stevens joined the Knights after seven years as the head girls volleyball coach at Timber Creek High School in Orlando, FL. Stevens led the team to the regional playoffs six out of the seven years and reached the regional finals in 2014 and regional semifinals in 2018. He captured district championships in 2014 and 2018, and a metro conference championship in 2018 as well. He compiled a record of 88-75 in 7 years as the head coach.

Stevens is currently going into his eight season as the head boys volleyball coach at Timber Creek High School. He won district titles in 2015 and 2016, and captured metro conference championships in 2014 and 2015. He has a record of 145-47 through 7 seasons as the head coach.

Stevens coached boys club volleyball with Orlando Gold Volleyball Club from 2012-2016 and Ocean Bay Volleyball from 2016-2017.

When he’s not coaching, Stevens is a Digital Video Technology Teacher at Timber Creek High School in Orlando, FL.

Stevens graduated from The University of Findlay (Ohio) in May of 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Digital Media. He was a four time all conference and honorable mention all-American placekicker on the football team while at Findlay.

He and his wife Ginny live in Oviedo with their son, Clayton and two hound dogs, Bruce and Lucy.
